During carnival, it´s the best place for you to get your costumes and gag accessories. Huge variety and tons of options for any type of budget.

How to get there:
- Subway: Stop at the Uruguaiana Station (see map) and should be right in it.
- Bus: Lots of buses come here. Ask locals which ones to take from where you´re staying at. Some of the lines are: 401, 413, 415, 422, 438, 472, 474, 472 and 475 (see map).
- Taxi: Ask the driver to leave you at Uruguaiana. Everyone knows about it.
- Walking: If you´re in Centro or Santa Teresa, you could go by foot too.
